Reinforce the points of Resilience participants whose points have expired before the validity period of 120 days.
Resurrection points can be used for "ticket exchange" or "withdrawal".
In addition, WED (Wed) Co., Ltd. and Yokohama City have made this known.

（１） Number of eligible persons and points to be resurrected

• Number of eligible persons: 95,447 people
• Points to be resurrected: 404,394,263 points

（２） Resurrection Date and Resurrection Method

Either of 5 days from Monday, September 11, 5 days to Friday, September 15, Reiwa.
On the "Wallet" screen of the application "ONE", the expired points are automatically revived under the name "Resurrection of Yokohama City Residency Revival".
(Please refer to "How to check revived points" in the well-known handbill (PDF: 1,781KB).)

（３） Expiration date of revival point

Until 23:59:59:59 on Saturday, January 13, 2024
※The day after September 15th, the day after the final revival date of September 15, is the 120th day.
※Participation in the app "ONE" mission, the expiration date of the resurrection points will not be extended.
※During the withdrawal procedure, the withdrawal application may fail due to inadequate account information, etc., so please make sure to confirm that the deposit has been deposited into your account within the expiration date. (We have heard from the business operator that "after applying for withdrawal, until payment is made.")

By Saturday, January 13, 2024, which is the expiration date of the revival point, the amount equivalent to the points remaining without "ticket exchange" or "withdrawal" will be issued by WED Co., Ltd. We had you return on February 1 and received on February 7. (Equivalent to 1 yen per point)

• Expiration points: 125,207,195 points

Points of Resilience Participants who expire after the validity period of the points is 120 days will not be eligible for resurrection.
The amount equivalent to the expired points was voluntarily returned by WED (Wed) Co., Ltd. on November 6 and received on November 10. (Equivalent to 1 yen per point)

• Number of eligible persons: Approximately 21,000 people
• Expiration points: 41,438,536 points

We have heard from businesses that "the last point redemption date is February 13 "and" point expiration date is June 13" are eligible for resurrection due to defects."

You don't need it.
On any of the five days from Monday, September 11, 2013 to Friday, September 15, on the "Wallet" screen of the application "ONE", it is called "Resurrection of Yokohama City Recy Live Recovery" The expired points are automatically revived.

It is not possible to extend the expiration date of the resurrection point.
Even if the wallet balance is granted, the expiration date of the points to be revived will not increase, so please use the points by "ticket exchange" or "withdrawal" by the expiration date of Saturday, January 13, 2024 .

By applying from the "Wallet" screen of the application "ONE", you can use it in two types, "ticket exchange" or "withdrawal".

This point revival will be carried out due to a failure in the application management business. Points that expire after 120 days are not eligible for resurrection.

Reshikatsu is a business that utilizes the smartphone application "ONE" to return points according to the amount of receipt issued by city businesses.
The terms and conditions of "ONE" stipulate that "120 days have passed since the last wallet balance was granted" and "the wallet balance can be revoked." ※The expiration date of the resurrection points (January 13, 2024) will not be extended.
Points will expire if these conditions are met.

The Yokohama City side provided guidance on the Motoichi homepage that the expiration date of the points and that it would expire if the expiration date has passed.
In addition, the business operator has reported that the notification was displayed on the app from 7 days before the revocation, and that the push notification was made 7 days before and 1 day before the expiration.
