Revives points of Reshi active participants whose points expire before the validity period of 120 days has passed.
Resurrection points can be used for "ticket exchange" or "deal".

（１） Number of Targets and Points to be Revivaled

（２） Date of resurrection and method

Either of 5 days from Monday, September 11, Reiwa 5 to Friday, September 15.
On the "Wallet" screen of the application "ONE", the expired points are automatically revived under the name "Resurrection of Yokohama City Reshi Active Residency".

Until 23:59:59 on Saturday, January 13, 2024
※The day after September 15, the final resurrection date, September 16, is the 120th day.
※Even if you join the app "ONE" mission, the expiration date of the resurrection point will not be extended.
※In the case of the "Deal" procedure, the withdrawal application may be failed due to inadequate account information, etc., so please be sure to confirm that the payment has been made to the account within the expiration date. (We have heard from the business operator that "it is about one week after applying for withdrawal and payment is made.")

Points for Reshi active participants who expire after the validity period of 120 days are not eligible for resurrection.
The amount equivalent to the expired points was voluntarily returned by WED Co., Ltd. on November 6 and received on November 10. (Converted to 1 yen per point)

• Number of eligible persons: Approximately 21,000 people
• Revocation point: 41,438,536 points

We have heard from businesses that "the final point redemption date is February 13" and "the point expiration date is June 13" is eligible for resurrection due to defects."

In any of the five days from Monday, September 11, Reiwa 5 to Friday, September 15, on the "Wallet" screen of the application "ONE", the name "Resurrection of reclaimed residue in Yokohama City" The expired points have been automatically revived.

It is not possible to extend the expiration date of the point to be restored.
Even if you receive the wallet balance, the expiration date of the revived points will not increase, so please use the points by "ticket exchange" or "withdrawal" by the expiration date of Saturday, January 13, 2024 .

By applying from the "Wallet" screen of the application "ONE", you can use it in two types: "ticket exchange" or "deal".

Even if you delete the app, if you have not withdrawn from "ONE", the points will be restored.
If you reinstall the app and log in at your registered Phone number, the points will be revived from Monday, September 11 to Friday, September 15, 2013.

This point revival will be due to a defect in the app management business. Points that expire after 120 days are not eligible for resurrection.

Reshi Live is a business that utilizes the smartphone application "ONE" to redeem points according to the usage amount of receipts issued by city businesses.
The terms and conditions of "ONE" stipulate that "if 120 days have passed since the last grant of the wallet balance" and "you can revoke the wallet balance." ※The expiration date of the resurrection point (January 13, 2024) will not be extended.
If this condition is met, points will expire.

The Yokohama City side provided information on the Motoichi homepage that the expiration date of the points and that it will expire if the expiration date has passed.
In addition, it has been reported that the business operators individually displayed notifications on the app from 7 days before expiration, and that push notifications were issued 7 days before expiration and 1 day before the expiration. .
