（1） Regarding any questions after the end of Reshi's activity

Please refer to [Frequently Asked Questions] for inquiries that can be expected after the end of Leshi activity.
For details on the operation and malfunction of the smartphone application "ONE", please contact WED Customer Support (support@ed.company) with Phone number registered with "ONE".

（2） About the expiration date of points
It will be 120 days from the final point grant date. Please be careful not to forget to use the points.
All points are managed in wallets in the ONE app, so even after the end of the reshi activity, if you use other purchase missions, the expiration date will be updated to 120 days each time points are awarded.
In accordance with the "ONE" Terms of Service, if any of the following items 1 to 4 apply, the wallet balance will be revoked.
※Terms of Service are subject to change in the future. For the latest information, please refer to the "ONE" Terms of Service.

（3） About malfunction of app function such as withdrawal

Please note that after registering your account, enter the amount you want to withdraw and press the "Apply" button to complete the withdrawal procedure.
In addition, for the problem that the transfer is not made to the account, the withdrawal procedure may be canceled due to the incorrect account information registered in the application. If you still have points left on your wallet, try re-registering your account information and withdrawing again.

（4） About return
By November 14, 2022, we have completed the return to receipts submitted to Reshi Live VALUE.
(Excluding receipts for which some cancellation corrections were made.)
Acceptance of inquiries regarding shareholder returns ended on March 10, 2023.
Please note that it is not possible to check or correct the return status.
If there is any doubt about the amount of return, the following causes may be possible.
