LINKAI Yokohama Kanazawa (Kanazawa Ward)

The coastal area of LINKAI Yokohama Kanazawa is an area born from the sea through three landfill projects by Yokohama City, which began in 1967 (Showa 42) in the Negishi Bay Landfill Project in 1967 (Showa42). The area is home to industrial clusters centered on small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as commercial and related facilities, with approximately 36,000 people working. December 2017 (Heisei 29) In December 2017, the name of the district was "LINKAI Yokohama Kanazawa", incorporating the opinions of people working in the area, neighboring residents and citizens, and the logo mark was decided.

Rinkai (LINKAI) words have two meanings.

LINKAI: Bonds/connections AI: Good/love

This name implies the idea of "people to gather and operate in an attractive area where many small and medium-sized enterprises gather and operate, and want to move forward together (connecting, Egaku Mirai)".

Kohoku Open Factory (Kohoku Ward)

Kohoku Ward has the largest manufacturing establishments in the city, and many factories are located close to the residents.
Kohoku Ward Open Factory is an opportunity for residents to visit factories that are not normally open to the public, and learn that there are many manufacturing industries in the ward and boast excellent technical skills.

In order to promote the independent development and cooperation of small and medium-sized manufacturing industries in the ward, Tsuzuki Ward   has launched advanced technology and original products of manufacturing companies located in the ward since 2010. We promote PR and support that leads to sales channel development and cooperation between companies.

Tozuka Manufacturing Boasting Exhibition

In Tozuka, there are many “manufacturing (manufacturing) companies” that are rooted in the community and support the city's economy.
We want local people to know more that Tozuka has a "manufacturing company" that has advanced technology and produces original products.
From such thoughts, we will hold the "Tozuka Manufacturing Boasting Exhibition".
