Manufacturing Attractiveness Improvement Subsidy

Purpose

 Manufacturing by subsidizing a part of the expenses for efforts to promote residents' understanding of the manufacturing of small and medium-sized manufacturers in the city, human resource development and the appeal of manufacturing, and efforts to solve the issues facing industrial areas, The purpose is to contribute to the improvement of the attractiveness of industrial areas, as well as to cooperation and revitalization between regions.

Outline of grant

Grantees

  1. Being a person who has three or more small and medium-sized manufacturers who have offices (head office, branch offices, factories, research institutes (research department)) in Yokohama city for at least one year. (Hereinafter referred to as "cooperating companies targeted for grant") (excluding deemed large companies)
  2. Being a "Regional Industry Association that is a member of the Yokohama City Industry Association" or "Yokohama Industrial Association Federation Yokohama Youth Managers Association". (Hereinafter referred to as "local industrial associations, etc.")

Projects subject to grant

Being a business that falls under any of the following tables in a business and a voluntary non-profit business sponsored by the grantee and conducted in Yokohama City.

Expenses to be subsidized

Dissemination of Manufacturing

Human Resource Development Subsidy

・Business that contributes to the promotion of understanding and appeal of local residents about manufacturing and local industries
(e.g., open factories, workshops, and local industry introduction events)
・elementary school student and students in elementary and junior high schools and high schools
(Example: dispatch lecture/off site lecture, work experience for elementary and junior high school students)
・Creating videos to communicate the appeal of manufacturing

・Training and study sessions for human resource development
Subsidy for solving problems such as industrial areas※

・Installation of night lighting in industrial parks
・Flower planting and planting activities to prevent illegal dumping
・Traffic volume survey to resolve road congestion

・Preparation of educational materials related to disaster prevention

※Subsidies for industrial areas, etc. are only for regional industrial associations, etc. specified in 2 of the grantees.

 Expenses to be subsidized

Of the expenses listed in the table (1) and (2) below, those for which all contracts, acquisitions, implementation, etc., and payments have been completed by the date of the performance report.

Travel expenses

Transportation expenses for instructors etc. 

Travel expenses for the applicant's inspection are not covered.

Consumables expenses

Paper fees, materials, production costs for information signs, etc., necessary for publicity, etc., commemorative items distributed free of charge to event visitors (things known in advance through flyers etc.), clothing costs for staff

The quantity must be appropriate for the business. General-purpose consumables such as office supplies are not included

Printing and bookbinding expenses

Printing fee for posters, flyers, conference materials, etc.

The quantity must be appropriate for the business.

Advertising Fees

Newspaper insertion costs, etc.

The quantity must be appropriate for the business.

Premiums

Loss and Liability Insurance premiums, accident insurance premiums, etc.

 

Consignment fees

Venue setup commissions, venue security commissions, etc.
Consignment fee for video creation, brochures, etc.

 

Rental and Rental Fees

Venue fee (small fee), rental fee, equipment rental fee, audio equipment rental fee etc.

(Remarks)
1 The target of the grant (use, unit price, scale, etc.) can be confirmed, and expenses that can be clearly classified as those related to this subsidy project are eligible.
2. Costs for purchasing equipment and sound equipment are not eligible.
3 Excludes expenses for the applicant's own products, services, and labor costs.

Grant rate and grant limit

1/2 of the subsidized expenses (up to 200,000 yen)

Performance Report
