Overview of Implementation

　We are looking for proposals for demonstration experiments and other projects from domestic and overseas startups with high growth potential in the technological fields such as mobility and GX. For those who have adopted this program, we will provide strong support for supporting expenses necessary for demonstration experiments (only for domestic startups), coordination of demonstration fields, development of prototypes, matching of partners and trial introduction destinations, etc.

1 Target person

　Technical startups, etc. that plan to conduct demonstration experiments (including surveys and development that are prerequisites for demonstration experiments) for commercialization of products and services in the technical field in Yokohama City, etc. Those who have established bases in Yokohama City or set up bases in Yokohama City by the time the grant is requested.

What is a Technology Startup?
(1)	A company that develops products and services with advanced and unique technologies as strengths, develops innovation, builds new business models, develops new markets, and aims for rapid growth. A company defined in the “scope of SMEs” and generally within 15 years from the establishment of a corporation.
(2)	If you are a researcher at a university, etc. and belong to a university, etc., you have advanced and unique research seeds, are willing to commercialize seeds, and before requesting a grant, Establish a corporation with a head office or business base in Yokohama City, and have been approved by the university to which you belong to for this grant.

2 Target areas

Use advanced and proprietary technologies in the technological fields such as mobility and GX.

AI, robotics, electronics, semiconductors, quantum, biotechnology, medical devices, new materials, energy, environment, aerospace, etc.

3 Application Period

The application period is as follows.

Domestic SU (2nd: 1 million yen course)	From 10:00 on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 to 17:00 on Tuesday, September 24
