 Yokohama City supports startups and small and medium-sized enterprises in the city to solve management issues by utilizing side jobs and part-time workers. In this project, we will provide “matching services”, “seminars”, and “free consultation desks” for the utilization of side jobs and part-time human resources for city companies that require various information, skills, experience, etc. to solve management issues.

 With the start of matching support using the side job matching platform "Skill Shift (external site),", we are looking for companies to use this service.


※Skill Shift is a side job matching platform operated by Mirai Works, Inc.

①-1 Business Scheme

 When city startups and small and medium-sized enterprises apply for this project, the contracted company's "Yokohama Future Organization" will repeat interviews with the applicant company and support the creation of recruitment guidelines so that side jobs and part-time human resources according to your wishes To do. After that, applicants can use the side job matching platform "Skill Shift (external site)" to recruit, select, and recruit human resources.
 After the matching is established, the expenses to be paid to side jobs and part-time workers will be borne by the host company.
