①-1 Business Scheme

 When city startups and small and medium-sized enterprises apply for this project, the "Yokohama Future Organization" of the contracted company repeats interviews with the applicant company and supports the creation of recruitment guidelines so that they can recruit side jobs and part-time workers according to their wishes To do. After that, the applicant company can recruit, select, and recruit human resources using the side job matching platform "Skill Shift (outside site)".
 After the matching is established, the expenses paid to side jobs and part-time workers will be borne by the host company.
