YOXO Entrepreneur Mind Internship & Work Research is a program that fosters the next generation of human resources who create innovation with the cooperation of local companies and universities, and is a collaborative project between Yokohama City and the Yokohama Future Organization.

Basic Policy
The "YOXO Entrepreneur Mind Internship & Work Research" jointly conducted by Yokohama City and the Yokohama Future Organization is an educational program aimed at stimulating motivation to learn, foster a high occupational awareness, and develop human resources with uniqueness and originality. With the cooperation of city companies and city universities, we will create opportunities for students of higher education institutions who live in Yokohama or have campus in Yokohama to experience social in the city, and continue to provide innovation human resources who will lead the next generation from Yokohama. We will build an environment that produces sustainable production.

Overview of YOXO Entrepreneur Mind Internship & Work Research
Students subject to internship and work research
University, graduate, and vocational school students who live in Yokohama or belong to higher education institutions with campuses in Yokohama.
※Grades 3 and 4 are "internships", and first and second graders are "work research" programs.
※The undergraduate or graduate school do not matter.
※The recruitment of students will be widely disseminated with the cooperation of the university.
We have two courses.

| Employment form | Participate in the same working style as corporate employees and carry out their duties. |
The Yokohama Future Organization will accompany you as a coordinator.
For host companies, matching with students (matching may not be established) We will provide project themes, set schedules during the period, and provide support for contract work with students. For participating students, mentoring will be conducted online on a regular basis to reduce the burden on the management of host companies.
Participating students and host companies will exchange information with each other.
After the internship, the participating students and the host companies will share their operational ideas, achievements, and issues, etc., and accumulate know-how throughout the YOXO Entrepreneur Mind Internship & Work Research, we will strive to improve operational quality from the next fiscal year onward.
Schedule
The training period is scheduled for summer (August to September) and spring (around February).

About utilization of local wound straight support tax system (corporate version of hometown tax payment)
