About the abolition and omission of seal such as applications about water supply

seal will be abolished from March 1, 2021 for applications listed in the following "List of Procedures for Abolition of seal" in order to reduce the burden on citizens and businesses and improve convenience at the counter or by mail.
In addition, seal canseal be omitted from April 1, 2022.
