Since the fee for drawings obtained from the pipeline information browsing system correspond to the vending machine special cases in invoices, we do not issue qualified invoices (receipts).

Depending on the type of pipeline information, City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau provides services to the counter or system.

1. Please note that the pipeline information browsing system may not reflect the latest construction data because it takes time from completion of construction to data creation and system input, so it may not reflect the latest construction data.
2. In order to ensure the accuracy of the provided information, verify the identity, and to provide information by collecting fees, we do not respond to questions regarding pipeline information data outside of the counter, such as telephones, fax, e-mail, etc.
3. City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or disadvantages caused by any information provided by the System.
4. City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau shall not be liable for any trouble arising from the use of various information provided by the system.
5. Photography of the display screen using mobile phones, smartphones, digital cameras, etc. is prohibited.

Regarding the provision of pipeline information, the Company complies with the ordinance on disclosure of information held by Yokohama City (February 2000 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 1) and the ordinance on the protection of Yokohama City Personal Information (February 2005 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 6).
For this reason, when providing personal information, we confirm the claimant who applies at the counter to confirm that they are the claimant himself.
If you are requested to provide pipeline information that contains personal information, you will need to present a document that can identify you at the counter.
When proxy/agent makes a request on behalf of the owner, etc., please submit a power of attorney (word: 12KB) along with the above identity verification.
