STEP1.
Please perform "new registration of user" (select "registration as individual") from "new registration" button in the upper right of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site). Please refer to this document (PDF: 1,158KB) when registering.
※If you have any questions about the operation method of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, please contact the Support Center (contact information: 050-3099-0168).
STEP2.
After logging in to the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, please apply from the “Application for Web Use of the Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System (the following two types)” in the “Procedure List (for Individuals)”.
※In the case of keyword search, it is smooth if you can search for "pipeline".
※Please note that if you select "Register as a business" in STEP 1 and register, or if you log in with "G Biz ID", you will not proceed to the application screen.
STEP3.
Water Works Bureau staff will confirm the application details. If the contents are incomplete, you will receive an e-mail "Request for reapply", so please respond to the correction.
STEP4.
After the “City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System Authentication Email” arrives, access the URL described in the email text and set a password for the Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System.
STEP5.
You can use this service by logging in to the Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System with the ID (email address) applied in STEP2 and the password set in STEP4.

If you want to check the application status or correct the application details, please access "My Page" by following the procedure below to confirm.
① Click the red "Login" button at the top right of the page of Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System (outside site) to log in.
② Click on the part where your name is displayed at the top right of the page to access "My Page".
③ "User Menu" ⇒ "Confirm application history / power of attorney" ⇒ Click "List of application history / search"
④ From the application history list, click the history you want to check or modify.
