Application for Web use of Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System (application by Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System)

It takes [about 5 business days] from the application to the start of use to confirm the application details.

The use of this system is limited to the registrant, so we ask for [individual registration application]. It is not possible to apply for registration at a corporation or organization.

※Due to "Address mistakes" and "use of free e-mail addresses", the number of people who reapply apply is increasing.

Flow from application to start of use

STEP1.
 Please perform "new registration of user" (select "register as individual") from "new registration" button in the upper right of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (outside site). Please refer to this document (PDF: 1,158KB) when registering.
 ※If you have any questions about the operation method of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, please contact the Support Center (Contact: 050-3099-0168).

STEP2.
 While logged in to the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, please apply from the "Application for Web Use of the Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System (for Individuals)" in the "List of Procedures (for Individuals)".

 ※In the case of keyword search, it will be smooth if you search for "pipeline".
 ※Please note that if you select "Register as a business" in STEP1 and register, or if you log in with "G Biz ID", you will not proceed to the application screen.

STEP3.
 Water Works Bureau staff will check the application details. If the content is incomplete, you will receive a "Request for Reapply", so please make corrections.

STEP4.
 Upon arrival of the "City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System Certification Email" arrives, access the URL described in the text of the email and set a password for the Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System.

STEP5.
 You can use it by logging in to the Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System with the ID (email address) applied for in STEP2 and the password set in STEP4.

What is required for application

Please prepare the following items 1 and 2 before applying.

・The email address will be the login ID of the Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System.
・Limited to carrier email address and provider email address. Free email addresses such as Yahoo! Mail or Gmail cannot be used.
・If you have set the domain-specific reception, please set to receive "e-shinsei.city.yokohama.lg.jp" and "send1.wagmap.jp".
・Email addresses that are not compliant with RFC (Request for Comments) ※Can't be used.
※For example, an address using a dot immediately before the @ mark or an address that uses a dot or underbar continuously.

Identification documents (attached at the time of application)

Be sure to attach both sides of the front and back.
(Driver's license) Limited to those within the expiration date issued by Public Safety Commission.                                    (Driving history certificate) Limited to those issued after April 1, 2012.

・Prepare an image file by scanning or shooting with a smartphone or other device. Please make sure that the contents are clearly readable. (If the content is unclear, you may be asked to reapply.)
・Please attach it so that you can see the mayor's seal.
・Limited to those issued within 3 months.
・Limited to those without My Number (Personal Number) listed.


My Page (Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System)

To check the application status or correct the application details, use the following procedure to access "My Page" to confirm.
① Click the red "login" button at the top right of the page of Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System (outside site) to log in
② Click the part where your name is displayed at the top right of the page to access "My Page".
③ Click "User Menu" ⇒ "Confirm Application History / Power of Attorney" ⇒ Click "Application History List / Search".
④ Click the history you want to check or modify from the application history list.

Precautions

  • If the application details are incomplete, you may not be able to register your login ID.
  • The Water Works Bureau Pipeline Information Viewing System provides "inline information excluding personal information and residential areas of water supply equipment." If other pipeline information is obtained.Provision of pipeline informationPlease refer to the documentation.
