A part of the administrative authority pertaining to the "Law Concerning the Security of Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Proper Transactions" (Act No. 149 of 1967) has been transferred to a designated city, and the window for application and notification will be changed. .

The window for application and notification based on the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act will be changed.
With the promulgation of the “Law Concerning the Development of Related Laws to Promote Reforms to Improve Local Independence and Independence” (Act No. 44 of 2022), the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture has been conducting a part of the affairs based on the law will be transferred to the head of the designated city from April 1, 2023.
As a result, the contact points for application and notification will be changed.
※The designated cities in Kanagawa Prefecture are Yokohama City, Kawasaki City and Sagamihara City.
