About application for renewal of security agency certification

First of all,

Pursuant to Article 29 of the Act on Ensuring Security of Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Proper Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the “Liquid Stone Law”).
This page provides information on procedures for businesses that have been certified as a security organization to renew the security agency certification pursuant to Article 32 of the Liquidstone Law.

Renewal deadline

If the security agency does not renew its certification every five years, the certification will expire. (Article 32, Paragraph 1 of the Liquidstone Law)
It is necessary to apply 30 days before the expiration of the certification, so please proceed as soon as possible.

Points to note

・Please manage deadlines at each business site. (We will not provide guidance on the renewal deadline.)
　If the certification expires, it is necessary to apply for a new security agency certification, and until the new certification is obtained.
　We are unable to perform security operations.
・If there is a change in the content, such as an increase in the number of general consumers, an increase or decrease in the number of security services, or a decrease in the number of persons eligible for security services, etc.
　Please contact us in advance as additional procedures may be required.
