Business establishments (tenants, etc.) that accommodate a certain amount of personnel at fire protection objects where an unspecified number of people enter and leave, such as theaters, restaurants, department stores, hotels, hospitals, etc. with a capacity of more than 300 or more. Fire prevention managers (those who have completed the Class A fire prevention management course and have been appointed as Class A fire prevention manager) to further enhance their knowledge of fire management and ensure proper fire management work. Is required.
Similarly, disaster prevention managers appointed for large-scale and high-rise buildings are also required to take re-training in order to properly respond to disasters other than fires such as earthquakes.
Fire prevention managers and disaster prevention managers are requested to check their own re-training deadlines and take the re-training by the deadline.
If you do not take a re-training course, you may not have a fire or disaster prevention manager, and you may be punished if you are ordered by Fire Bureau or failing to comply with the order. In addition, please note that the certification may be revoked if you have received special certification such as the fire prevention target periodic inspection and reporting system.
