Information on fund transfer (automatic payment)

The following table shows the usage fees paid to Port and Harbor Bureau in the “Delivery Notice” that can be paid by fund transfer.

Subject royalties

  • Port facility usage fees (quays, wharf sites, etc.)
  • Port facility income (electricity and water supply)
  • Sublease of state-owned land
  • Water area private use fee
  • City-owned property (land and buildings)
  • Fee for sheds

Financial institutions handled

  • Mizuho Bank
  • The Bank of Mitsubishi UFJ
  • Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
  • Bank of Yokohama

Transfer date

25th of each month (or the next business day if closed)
※At the beginning of the billing month, you will be mailed a “Bank Transfer (Automatic Payment) Notice” and “Details”.

Port and Harbor Bureau Accounting Division

Procedures

Please fill in required items application form "Yokohama Port Facility Usage Fee Fund Transfer Request Form / Automatic Payment Application Form" and apply directly to each of the above financial institutions with your account.
In that case, a passbook to be transferred and a notification stamp are required.

Transfer start date

It is approximately 1-2 months from the application.
