Information on fund transfer (automatic payment)

Of the fees paid to Port and Harbor Bureau in the “Delivery Notice”, those that can be paid by fund transfer are as follows.

Eligible usage fees

  • Port facility usage fee (quay, wharf site, etc.)
  • Port facility income (electricity and water supply)
  • Subleasing fees for state-owned land
  • Water area occupancy charges
  • Municipal public property (land, buildings)
  • Rental fee

Financial institutions handling

  • Mizuho Bank
  • MUFG Bank
  • Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
  • Bank of Yokohama

Transfer date

25th of every month (or the next business day if it is closed)
※At the beginning of the billing month, we will send you a “Bank Transfer (Automatic Payment) Notice” and “Specification”.

Port and Harbor Bureau Accounting Dept.
※Please contact us in advance.

Procedure

Please fill in required items on the application form "Application Form for Fund Transfer Request Form / Automatic Payment Application Form" and apply directly to each branch of the above financial institution that has an account.
In that case, you will need a passbook and a notification stamp to transfer.

Transfer start date

Approximately one to two months after the application is made.
