Eligible invoices (invoices) such as port facility usage fees

From October 1, 2023, the “Preserving Eligible Invoices (Invoice System)” will be launched as a method of purchasing tax credits that correspond to multiple tax rates of consumption tax. In line with the start of the invoice system, we made changes to add necessary information as qualified invoices for the delivery notice of port facility usage fees, etc. issued by City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau in line with the start of the invoice system.

The following two documents need to be stored as qualified invoices, so please save the issued 1 and 2 appropriately.
①Delivery letter of advice or facility fee fund transfer (automatic payment) notice
②Statements

You can check the Yokohama City (general account) and port maintenance operating expenses accounting and other invoice issuing company registration numbers.
(The fee for use for sheds, etc. is the port maintenance project cost accounting: T180002000192929, and other usage fees are Yokohama City (general account): T3000020141003.)
(In the case of tax-exempt only, the invoice issuing company registration number etc. will not be displayed.)

※"Name and registration number of qualified invoice issuer", "Amount of consideration divided by application and applicable tax rate", and "Consumption tax amount classified by tax rate" have been added to the statement (If it is tax-exempt only, it will not be displayed.)
