The implementation of the general guidance audit in FY2024 has been separately notified to the relevant facilities. Please download the "set of documents to be submitted" of the number (either (1) to (11)) described in the notification of implementation.
After confirming the "List of materials submitted in advance", please submit the "Self-inspection Table" and other necessary materials by the deadline.
On the day of the audit, please prepare the documents in the “Preparation Materials on the day”.
※The format of each document is posted in Zip file format, so please thaw it before using it.
※The number of copies to be submitted varies depending on the material, so please check the "List of materials submitted in advance".
