Procedure flow
The general procedure for obtaining a development permit is as follows. Documents, drawings, detailed procedures, etc. required at each stage vary depending on the development project.

(1) Installation of signs, (2) Submission of sign installation |

In order to disseminate the outline of the development project to the residents, the developer will install signs in an easy-to-see place in the development project area and submit a sign installation notice to the city. |
(3) Explanation to residents, explanations to public facilities managers | |||||||||

The developer will explain the contents of the development plan to the residents. In addition, about matters pertaining to public facilities, we explain to public facilities manager.

(4) Submission of sent statement of opinion (word: 34KB), (5) Sending of written opinion |

Residents can submit a written opinion on the development concept to the developer within five days after the explanation of the residents. The developer sends a written opinion individually to the residents who have submitted the written opinion. |
(6) Submission of a development project plan (word: 25KB), (7) Inspection of the development project plan | ||||||

Developers submit a development project plan to the city.

(8) Submission of re-review (word: 17KB), (9) Sending a re-view |

Residents can submit a re-opinion to the developer via the city for the opinion of the developer written in the development project plan during the inspection period for the development project excluding the road location designation. The developer sends a re-view individually to the residents who have submitted the re-opinion. |
(10) Discussion between the developer and the mayor (In the case of a development project other than a specified large-scale development project or a development project other than a specific large-scale development project, in which a re-opinion has been submitted) |

(11) Submission of a development project plan consent application and examination of facility maintenance standards (consent standards) |

The developer submits an application for consent to the development project plan. City examines "maintenance standard (consent standard) of facility" in development business |
(12) Issuance of a letter of consent / disagreement and subsequent procedures |

After examining procedures and maintenance standards for facilities, the city will respond to the developer about the results. |
