Purpose of Amendment

About the regulations enacted in 2004 with the aim of forming a good urban environment in cooperation with development companies, residents and Yokohama City, thoroughly operate in line with the purpose of the ordinance based on the implementation status of development projects. In order to do so, we revised the development project to apply the ordinance, procedures for development projects, the minimum site area of buildings, and the application period of the ordinance were revised.

Effective date

July 1, 2013 (promulgated on December 28, 2012)
