Purpose of the revision
Regarding the ordinance enacted in 2004 with the aim of forming a good urban environment in cooperation with developers, residents and Yokohama City, based on the implementation status of the development project, operation in line with the purpose of the ordinance In order to ensure thoroughness, we have revised the development projects to apply the ordinance, procedures for development projects, minimum site area of buildings, and the application period of the ordinance.
Effective date
July 1, 2013 (promulgated on December 28, 2012)
