Purpose of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development projects

About "Yokohama-shi housing land development summary" established in 1968, we coped with social turn of eventss over maturation and development projects of city to promote general town development in Yokohama-shi and aimed at the formation of good city environment by collaboration with inhabitants, development company, Yokohama-shi and performed review of maintenance standard of application object and the community public interest facility which it prescribed in "Yokohama-shi housing land development summary" and established "the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development projects" in 2004.
However, of plottage of procedure, building about development projects, development projects which apply bylaw to be thorough by operation along purpose of the regulations based on state of implementation of development projects after the regulations concerned are enforced is minimum, and revise about the observance of plan of development projects, and will enforce from July, 2013.

    2. Development projects which is targeted for application of city reproduction special measures law
    3. Development activity less than 500m2 in controlled urbanization zone and residential land development
    4. Development activities from Town Planning and Zoning Act Article 29 Paragraph 1 4 such as city planning business to No. 11
