We release question answer of Oba Misuzugaoka district center and 1 facility ESCO business

Open call starts on July 16, 2024! We carry out Daiba Misuzugaoka district center and one other facility ESCO business!

In this project, the ESCO business will be introduced at the Daiba Misuzugaoka District Center (Aoba Ward) and Isogo Public Works Office (Isogo Ward).
Daiba Misuzugaoka District Center was constructed in 2000 and Isogo Public Works Office was constructed in 1999. 24 or 25 years have passed since the construction of each facility, and the aging of facilities has progressed, and the review of efficient air conditioning systems and the efficiency of lighting have become major issues.
This time, in addition to energy saving such as reviewing high-efficiency systems, we will conduct public offerings that include elements of the ESCO business and conditions for ZEB conversion of existing buildings as part of our efforts to further decarbonize.
By implementing this project, we hope to resolve each issue and promote energy conservation and decarbonization.
