ESCO Business Proposal Review Results (Updated October 30, 2019)

　When we solicited proposals for the Municipal Central Library ESCO business, we received proposals from three groups.
　Based on the fair and objective evaluation of the ESCO Business Proposal Review Committee, the best proposers and excellent proposers were selected as follows.

Best Proposer	<Proposal contents> Annual reduction effect Energy reduction rate: 19.32％ CO2 reduction rate: 18.96％ Reduction of utility costs: Approx. 11 million yen Service period: 13 years Energy-saving methods Use of LED lighting Optimization of air conditioner operation through CO2 control
Excellent proposer	Toshiba Elevator Co., Ltd. Kanagawa Branch, Misawa Electric Co., Ltd., IBJL Toshiba Lease Co., Ltd.
