In order to realize a decarbonized society, Yokohama City is working to convert existing public buildings into ZEB (*1). With the aim of converting multiple facilities into ZEB through equipment renovation through the ESCO business (*2), the Daiba Misuzugaoka District Center (Aoba Ward) and Isogo Public Works Office (Isogo Ward) conducted public offerings under conditions that require ZEB conversion. As a result of strict examination by the Yokohama City ESCO Business Proposal Review Committee, the best proposal company was selected.
