Yokohama City ESCO Business
Purpose
In Yokohama City, public facilities that have been developed in response to the rapid population increase in the 1950s and 1950s will be aging in large quantities and intensively in the future, and it is an issue to deal with stock that has passed a certain period after the construction. I am. In particular, equipment and equipment whose energy efficiency has deteriorated due to aging are increasing the financial burden of renewal and the environmental burden, and specific measures are required.
For this reason, Yokohama City has decided to actively introduce the ESCO business, which can save energy and reduce the management fee while utilizing private know-how in renovating public buildings.
※ ESCO business is an abbreviation for Energy Service Company, which provides comprehensive services such as planning, construction, management, and financing related to energy saving of existing facilities, and saves energy without degrading the previous environment, and guarantees the energy saving effect obtained as a result.
