From May 1, 2004, regulations in scenic areas have changed
(About permission standard of building of (4), it changed from June 1)
Details of the amendment
- (1)We stipulated the ratio of green space area when building residential land.
- Residential land in the area of land where wood and bamboo are preserved or appropriate planting is performed when the land is created, land reclamation, or other land characteristics are changed (hereinafter referred to as “residential land development, etc.”) The ratio to the area of land pertaining to the development, etc. is specified for each type as shown in the following table.

- (2)We stipulated the standards for the height of glue when creating residential land.
("Nori" is a cliff, a wall, and a slope formed by cuts and embankments.)
- When the development of residential land exceeding 1ha is performed, it was stipulated that "do not involve a height of more than 5m" as it is.
In addition, when the development of residential land of 1ha or less is performed, it was stipulated that "appropriate planting if a glue with a height of 5m or more" is necessary.
- (3)Depositing of waste or recycled resources outdoors has become an act requiring permission.
- (4)We have added permission criteria for building construction.
- As a measure to maintain the scenic landscape in the scenic area, in the construction of the building, the permission standard stipulates that the height difference of the position where the building contacts the surrounding ground is 6 meters or less.
