2 In cases where narrow consultation is required

When consultation is required

(2) When applying for confirmation on the site in contact with the “maintenance promotion route” (mandatory consultation)

Of the roads stipulated in Article 42, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act, when applying for confirmation on a site in contact with the road specified in the "Maintenance Promotion Route", etc.
It is mandatory to apply for a narrow consultation at least 30 days before the confirmation application is made.
※Roads stipulated in Article 42, Paragraph 2 of the Building Standards Act are not subject to obligations if they are not designated as maintenance promotion routes.

[Procedures for which consultation is required in advance]

  1. Article 6, Paragraph 1 and Article 6-2, Paragraph 1 of the Building Standards Act (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis in Article 88, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Act)
    Application for confirmation based on the provisions of
  2. Application for permission prescribed in Article 43, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act
  3. Application for permission prescribed in Article 44, Paragraph 1, Item 2 or Item 4 of the Building Standards Act
  4. Application for certification prescribed in Article 137-16, Item 2 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
  5. Application of permission to prescribe in 3 Clause 5 first of Yokohama-shi building standard regulations Article 4
  6. Application of permission to prescribe in regulations Article 14 about restrictions such as buildings in area of Yokohama-shi city planning

When performing retreat maintenance using a subsidy system on a site in contact with the "maintenance promotion route"

Even if there is no confirmation application on the site in contact with the road designated as the "Maintenance Promotion Route", it is necessary to apply for narrow consultation when using the subsidy system to perform retreat maintenance.

Exclusion of business

When we correspond to any of the following, we narrow and are excluded from road widening maintenance business.

  • When conducting development activities with the permission prescribed in Article 29 of the City Planning Act
  • When performing construction related to residential land development with the permission prescribed in Article 8 of the Residential Land Development Regulation Law
    (Excluding construction work performed to maintain retreat sites, etc.)
  • When implementing a land readjustment project with the approval of Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Land Readjustment Act
