Submission Guidelines for FY2023
Retail electric utilities (specified electricity supply companies) that supply electricity to Yokohama City are responsible for greenhouse gases emitted from the supply of electricity based on Article 146-7 of the Ordinance on conservation of Yokohama City Living Environment. It is necessary to make plan that established matter about measures pertaining to promotion of low carbon electricity and the situation (low-carbon electricity spread promotion plan and report) and submit to the mayor. This page explains the preparation and submission of a low-carbon electricity spread promotion plan and report.

Electronic application and notification system
Log in to the system from the link below, enter the required data, and apply.
・If you have used the login ID to the electronic application system last year, please use it.
If you do not have a login ID, please make a new registration before applying.
・Businesses that cannot use the electronic application system will respond individually, so please contact the contact information at the bottom.

When modifying the submitted electronic application report
- Log in to the electronic application / notification system, and withdraw the application once from the application history list on My Page.
- After withdrawal, click on the previous data from the application history list on My Page and select "Apply using application details", you can apply using the previous data. Please correct the contents of the notification when applying for a new application.
When it is excluded from the system (not applicable)
Specified electricity suppliers that stop supplying electricity to Yokohama City and do not plan to supply it within the fiscal year.
Please submit non-applicable registration form (Form No. 38, Form No. 38).
