1.Areas subject to designation (city planning decision)

Greening areas are designated as residential use areas and commercial restricted areas (excluding harbor areas).
Residential use area (yellow-green in the figure on the right):
Type 1 low-rise residential area, Type 2 low-rise residential area, Type 1 middle- and high-rise residential area
Type 2 middle and high-rise residential area, Class 1 residential area, Type 2 residential area, semi-residential area
Commercial use area (pink in the right figure):
Commercial areas, neighboring commercial areas

2.Minimum greening rate (city planning decision)
The minimum amount of greening rate for the area is as follows.

3.Scale of site area subject to regulation of greening rate (Yokohama-shi green area regulations)
The target building site area is 500 square meters or more.

5.Measures to counter violations in greening areas
