　About retarding pond established with development projects, we will submit "facility maintenance situation report" in August every year based on agreement that we concluded between Yokohama-shi and facility owner . Facility owners are requested to submit the report by either "bring to the counter", "mail", or "e-mail".

　Procedures are required if there is a change in the owner of the reservoir or the site caretaker is changed. Please submit the following documents.
