About presentation of facility maintenance status report
About retarding pond established with development business, we are to submit "facility maintenance situation report" every August based on agreement that we concluded between Yokohama-shi and facility owner. Facility owners are requested to submit the report by any of the following methods: "bring to the counter", "mail", or "e-mail".
How to submit a report

Other procedures
If there is a change in the owner of the reservoir or a change in the site caretaker, procedures are required. Please submit the following documents.
When the owner of the Reservoir changes

（１） Succession of the Status of Facilities registration form
（２） "Re-conclusion of the Agreement"
（３） "Copy of copy of land registry (those that indicate transfer of ownership)"
（４） "Local signboard photo (change of manager, contact information, etc.)"
When the caretaker site of the Reservoir is changed

In Yokohama City, there are also facilities named "Rainwater Reservoir" and "Reservoir" as rainwater drainage runoff control facilities.
