About submission of facility maintenance status report

  • Regarding rainwater regulating ponds and rainwater storage facilities established with development, agreements concluded between Yokohama City and facility owners. ※Based on the above
    The “Facility Maintenance Status Report” (Form 1-a) is to be submitted every August.
  • Facility owners are requested to submit the report by either "bring to the counter", "mail", or "e-mail".

 ※The name of the facility varies depending on the age of development.

About procedure when owners of facilities are changed

If the owner or manager of the rainwater regulating pond / rainwater storage facility is changed, it is necessary to take the procedure for succession of status. In addition to the following documents, submit a “local signboard photo (changed managers, contact information, etc.)” and if necessary, “copy of the land registry copy (those that show ownership transfer)” as necessary. I will.
