２．The information posted in the ledger includes the laws and regulations on which notifications pertaining to the establishment of specific facilities are submitted, the presence or absence of registration form, etc. relating to the abolition of use of specific facilities, the names of business establishments, etc., and location. The names of business establishments, etc. reported by individuals are described as (individual names) from the viewpoint of personal information protection.
３．Because it is created based on the reported information, even business establishments that have set up specific facilities, etc., it will not be listed in this ledger unless it is reported. In addition, even business establishments that have already been abolished, if they have not been notified, they will be posted without a mark in the "Abolition" column.
４．The location is indicated by the residence indication or lot number display based on the description at the time of notification.
５．Yokohama City shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of this ledger.
