Up to 7 days prior to the start of the specific construction work

Notifications by law and specific construction work type according to the Noise Control Law and the Vibration Control Law should be filled out in a lump in Form 9 in registration form.

registration form requires two copies of both primary and secondary.

The period should be set in advance, taking into account rainy weather, etc., and submit a report.
If it cannot be completed within the period originally notified, please submit a new notification of the implementation of the specific construction work, with the day following the end of the implementation period as the start date of the specific construction work.
In this case, notification period is up to seven days prior to the start of the specific construction work.

Night work is prohibited in principle, but if you are forced to carry out specific construction work at night, please attach a copy of the police department permit to registration form.

A copy of the notification form may be used.

There is no need to submit a notification for construction work that ends on the work start date (construction work that ends in one day).
However, in the case where work is performed one day at intervals of several days, a notification is required because it is considered a continuous work instead of construction work that ends on the work start date.

Precautions for entry: Write a sketch of about 80m around the site of the specific construction work site, and illustrate the location of schools, nursery schools, hospitals, clinics, libraries, and special elderly nursing homes.
