registration form needs two copies in total.

Please set the period in advance in consideration of rainy weather, etc., and notify us.
If it is unavoidable that the project cannot be completed within the period initially notified, the day after the end of the implementation period will be the date of the start of the specific construction work, and a new notification of the implementation of the specific construction work will be made.
In this case, notification period is up to seven days before the start of the specified construction work.

In principle, nighttime work is prohibited, but if you are forced to carry out specific construction work at night due to road construction, etc., please attach a copy of police department's permit to registration form.

The notification form may be copied (copied).

Construction work that ends on the work start date (construction work that ends in one day) does not need to be notified.
However, if the work is performed one day at a time every few days, a notification is required because it is considered a continuous work instead of the construction work that ends on the work start date.
