Notice of change in designation of "Low Noise Construction Machinery"

Cancellation of designation of low-noise construction machinery (October 1, 2002)
- Some of the construction machinery that has been designated as "low-noise construction machinery", which was exempt from notification of specific construction work, was canceled on October 1, 2002.
- When using construction machinery whose designation has been canceled, a specific construction work implementation report is required.
- Please check the specified date of the construction machinery you plan to use, and be careful not to omit the “Notification of Specific Construction Work”.
Construction machinery whose designation is cancelled
- Construction machinery designated as "low-noise construction machinery" by September 30, 1997. (Applicable low-noise construction machinery: 19 model)
- "Low-noise construction equipment" designated after October 1, 1997 will continue as it is.
For civil engineering, construction work using backhoes, tractor excavators, bulldozers, construction work, etc. using a certain size or more (see the table below), a “specific construction work implementation notification” is required. , Ultra-low noise and ultra-low noise machines are exempt.
Therefore, for construction machinery marked "Ministry of Construction 89" in the seal in Figure 1, a "Specific Construction Work Implementation Report" will be required after October 1, so please be careful. .
For construction machinery with the sticker shown in Figure 2 (described as “97 standard value”), notification is not required as before.
