  1. “dB” refers to the unit of measurement at the vibration acceleration level specified in Appendix 2 of the Measurement Law.
  1. Vibration shall be measured in the vertical direction using a vibration level meter that has passed the conditions of Article 71 of the Measurement Law. In this case, the vibration-sensory correction circuit shall use the lead direct vibration characteristics.
  1. The point of measurement of vibration shall be the point on the site boundary of the business site.
  1. The method of measuring vibration is as follows:

(1)The installation location of the vibration pickup is as follows.

  • A hard place where there is no buffer material and has been fully tramped.
  • A place where a horizontal plane with no slope or unevenness can be secured
  • Locations that are not affected by external circumference conditions such as temperature, electricity, magnetism, etc.

(2)The correction of the effect of dark vibration is as follows.

If the difference between the indicated value pertaining to the vibration to be measured and the indicated value of the dark vibration (meaning the vibration generated at the measurement location other than the vibration targeted for the measurement) is less than 10dB, the correction value listed in the right column of the table shall be reduced for each difference between the indicated value listed in the left column of the following table from the indicated value pertaining to the target vibration.

  1. The determination of the vibration level is as follows.
  • If the indicated value of the measuring instrument does not fluctuate or the fluctuation is small, the indicated value.
  • When the indicated value of the measuring instrument fluctuates periodically or intermittently, the average maximum value of the indicated value for each change.
  • If the indicated value of the measuring instrument fluctuates irregularly and significantly, the numerical value at the top of the 80% range of the measured values of 100 units or the equivalent interval and number of measurements.
  1. When the establishment is adjacent to another area and the standard value of the area to which the establishment belongs is greater than the standard value of the adjacent area, the applicable to the boundary of the site adjacent to the other area of the business establishment The reference value shall be 5dB less from the standard value of the area to which the establishment belongs.
  1. If the standard value of vibration applied to one establishment becomes smaller than the previous standard value due to a change in the area to which one establishment belongs or another area adjacent to one establishment, This regulatory standard shall be applied for three years from the date of the change, and this regulatory standard shall be applied regardless of the change.
  1. This regulatory standard does not apply to vibrations generated by construction work.

As for "restricted zone", please see town development map information "i-Mappie" (outside site).
