  1. “dB” refers to a measurement unit at the vibration acceleration level specified in Appendix 2 of the Measurement Law.
  1. Vibration measurement shall be performed in the vertical direction using a vibration level meter that has passed the conditions of Article 71 of the Measurement Law. In this case, the vertical vibration characteristic shall be used for the vibration sensor correction circuit.
  1. The measurement point of vibration shall be the point on the site boundary of the establishment.
  1. The method of measuring vibration is as follows:

(1)The installation location of the vibration pickup is as follows.

  • A hard place where there is no buffer and is sufficiently compacted.
  • Places where horizontal surfaces without inclination and unevenness can be secured
  • Places that are not affected by external circumference conditions such as temperature, electricity, and magnetism

(2)The correction of the effect of dark vibration is as follows.

If the difference between the indicated value pertaining to the vibration to be measured and the indicated value of the dark vibration (the vibration generated at the measurement location other than the vibration targeted for the measurement) is less than 10 dB, the measurement The correction value listed in the right column of the table shall be reduced for each difference between the indicated value listed in the left column of the following table from the indicated value pertaining to the target vibration.

  1. The determination of the vibration level is as follows.
  • If the indicated value of the measuring instrument does not fluctuate or there is little change, the indicated value
  • When the indicated value of the measuring instrument fluctuates periodically or intermittently, the average of the maximum value of the indicated value for each change is averaged.
  • If the indicated value of the measuring instrument fluctuates irregularly and significantly, the value at the top of the 80% range of the measured value of 100 units or the equivalent interval and number at intervals of 5 seconds at intervals of 5 seconds.
  1. When the establishment is adjacent to another area and the standard value of the area to which the establishment belongs is greater than the standard value of the adjacent area, applied to the boundary of the site adjacent to the other area of the establishment The reference value to be applied shall be 5 dB less than the reference value of the area to which the establishment belongs.
  1. If the standard value of vibration applied to one business establishment is smaller than the previous standard value due to a change in the area to which one business establishment belongs or another area adjacent to one business establishment, This regulation standard shall be applied to one business establishment, assuming that there has been no such change for three years from the date of the change.
  1. This regulation standard does not apply to vibrations generated by construction work.
