Addition of target facilities that are prohibited areas for publicity broadcasting using loudspeakers (Article 47)
Part of the regulations enforcement regulations about conservation of Yokohama-shi living environment were revised
The Law Concerning the Promotion of Comprehensive Provision of Education and Childcare for Preschool Children (Act No. 77 of 2006) has been revised, and a new rule on "Kindergarten Cooperation Type Certified Children's Gardens" have been newly established. This `` Kindergarten Cooperation Type Certified Children's Center '', like schools and daycare centers, must be treated as facilities that require maintenance of calm, so advertising broadcasts using loudspeakers under Article 47 of the Regulations Added as target facilities pertaining to prohibited areas.
