What are dioxins?
Dioxins are substances that are generated unintentionally as impurities that are generated when burning substances containing chlorine or are generated at the same time during the manufacturing process of chemical substances.
The Law Concerning Special Measures against Dioxins defines dibenzo-para-dioxin (PCDD) and polychlorinated dibenzofuran (PCDF) and coplanar polychlorinated biphenyl (coplanar PCB) as dioxins.
Concerning Special Measures against Dioxins
In order to prevent and remove environmental pollution caused by dioxins, it is a law that establishes standards that should be the basis for measures related to dioxins, as well as necessary regulations and measures pertaining to contaminated soil.
