In accordance with the Special Measures Law Concerning the Removal of Failure Caused by Specified Industrial Waste, Sanko Co., Ltd. established in Shinanocho, Totsuka-ku, landfill, Totsuka-ku, Totsuka-ku, Tokyo, Sanko Co., Ltd. established on February 15, 2008, with the consent of the Minister of the Environment on the conservation in the living environment oflandfill.
Since the plan targets have not been achieved in some parts, we will continue our business until FY2022 with the consent of the Minister of the Environment on March 26, 2018, and will continue the business until FY2022.

1 Background
In preparing the implementation plan for the project to remove specific obstacles, etc., a verification committee and a technical review committee were set up by experts such as academic experts, and based on the opinions of both committees, measures to prevent recurrence and countermeasure construction plans. 1) Measures to prevent the diffusion of groundwater pollution
By eliminating sewage in the disposal site, we will remove pollution sources and control the leakage of sewage. In addition, wells are installed at groundwater pollution points to prevent the spread of contamination by pumping up and eliminating contaminated groundwater.
2) Measures to prevent the collapse of accumulated waste
After installing earth retaining (walls to a deep foundation), the steep slope is shaped into a stable slope to prevent waste from collapsing outside the site. In addition, soil is covered with soil after shaping to prevent waste from scattering and outflow of waste.

4 Pursuing Responsibility to Executive Officers
We will continue to pursue responsibilities, including collecting administrative expenses, for those who have left inappropriate conditions for many years, including the collection of administrative expenses. In addition, we will continue to investigate whether there is any violation of laws and regulations, and if there is any violation, we will pursue responsibility.
(1) About collection of expenses from executors
A payment order and reminder were issued to the executer, using the expenses required for the construction that had already been finalized, but the delinquency was delinquent. For this reason, heavy equipment such as construction equipment left in the disposal site and property (deposits, real estate, etc.) owned by former officers were seized and exchanged by public auctions, etc., and about 7 million yen has been collected so far.

We conducted a survey of waste disposal companies and received proposals from 25 companies for voluntary removal of waste.
