About permission renewal application procedure
Establishments that expire the expiration date of the permit based on the Nursing Care Insurance Law must complete the necessary procedures by the deadline set for each renewal date. Please note that if you do not complete the procedure, your permit will lose its validity after the expiration date.
In addition, about (care prevention) short-term entrance medical care and (care prevention) tsusho rehabilitation business ("deemed designation") performed in nursing care facilities for the elderly, procedures for renewal separately are not required. (No need to check the service in the “Designated (permission) Renewal Application Form” (No. 10 style))
