[Based on a decrease in the number of users due to COVID-19 infection] 3% addition and the handling of special cases of scale classification will end with the notification submission in April 2024 (decrease in March). Please refer to the following office information.

When there was not report to Motoichi about elderly abuse prevention measures unimplemented subtraction and business continuity plan undeveloped subtraction by care fee revision in 2024, notice that it would be subtraction was issued from country.
About report pertaining to application of standard type, subtraction type of establishment, we accept report in Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system.
★If this notification is not carried out, the basic remuneration will be [subtracted], so be sure to submit it.
★Only this notification will be sent via the electronic application and notification system. Please submit additional documents by mail.

・Please submit the application by the 15th of the previous month of the month in which the addition is calculated.
・Also, if you no longer meet the requirements for addition, please submit it promptly regardless of the above date and time.

★FY2024 Compensation Revision Information
Due to the revision of the remuneration in FY2024, the scale classification has been integrated from three types of "normal scale", "large-scale I", and "large-scale II" to two types of "normal scale" and "large-scale", and the basic remuneration will be the same as the normal size.
When we change scale classification to "large-scale (exception)", please submit notice of addition by 15th of last month.

For establishments with a scale classification of "Large I" or "Large II" in FY2024, it is necessary to change the scale classification to either "Large-scale" or "Large-scale (exceptional)".
Please confirm the submitted documents in the list of addition notification, and submit the notification of addition by May 15, 2024 (Wednesday).
