[Revision of Remuneration for FY2024]
In "bathing assistance addition (I) (II)" at designated tsusho care establishments, calculation requirements have been added.
Additional requirements: To provide training on bathing assistance to staff involved in bathing assistance.
At the establishments currently being calculated, it is not necessary to submit a report to Yokohama City again, but please confirm that the requirements are met (the training is being conducted).

Office scale inspections are updated every year. For the latest version, go to ↓ “7. Office scale inspection”.

・Please submit by the 15th of the previous month of the month in which the addition is calculated.
・Also, if you no longer meet the requirements for addition, please submit it promptly regardless of the above date and time.
