When there was not report to Motoichi about elderly abuse prevention measures unimplemented subtraction by care fee revision in 2024, notice that it became subtraction was issued from country.
About report pertaining to application of standard type, subtraction type of establishment, we accept report in Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system.
★If this notification is not carried out, the basic remuneration will be [subtracted], so be sure to submit it.
★Only this notification will be sent via the electronic application and notification system. Please submit additional documents by mail.

・Please submit the application by the 15th of the previous month of the month in which the addition is calculated.
・Also, if you no longer meet the requirements for addition, please submit it promptly regardless of the above date and time.

Please refer to the separate sheet "★ required documents List" and mail required documents to the Nursing Care Business Guidance Division.
