How to apply for dispatching performances

Firefighting music band performs dispatch performance based on application from citizens.

In dispatch performances, along with performances and performances, we will also conduct public relations activities on disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage.

①Please apply by electronic application / notification service from 6 months before the desired dispatch performance month to 15th 4 months before the desired dispatch performance.
　(If electronic application is difficult, you can also apply with a dispatch application form.)

[Precautions for COVID-19 infection control]
　When holding the event, please pay close attention to the following points.

　・Thoroughly measure the temperature of the staff and the viewer, wear a mask, and be alert not to speak loudly.
　・Please prepare a disinfectant solution, etc., and encourage thorough hand disinfection.
　・Please be sure to prohibit eating and drinking during viewing.
　・When watching, please make sure that you do not shout loudly or squeeze.
　・Please secure a distance of 2m or more between the performer (music band) and the audience seat.
　・If you are indoors, please provide regular ventilation.
　・Whenever possible, please collect the viewer's personal information and manage it for at least one month.
　・In addition, please comply with the guidelines set by the national and prefectural governments.

　※Performance may be discontinued if it is deemed that the above content is not complied.

②Based on the content of your application, we will examine the possibility of dispatching.

③The results of the examination will be notified three months prior to the desired month of dispatch.

The space used and necessary items vary depending on the content of the dispatch to be carried out, such as regular performances and drill performances of the fire brigade.
Please secure space and goods by referring to the table below.

During dispatching performances, vehicles are used to transport members and instruments.
The number of vehicles used varies depending on the content of the dispatched performance, but please secure the necessary parking space.
(If it is difficult to secure parking space, we will consult separately.)

（１） The music band works as a public institution in Yokohama, with the aim of promoting public relations about disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage.
　 For this reason, we may refuse the following dispatch performances.　
　　・For-profit and paid events
　　・Events with religious, political color, and commercial publicity
　　・When a bar seat is required
　　・reduce disaster damage Public Relations
（２） Please note that the dispatch performance is not determined by submitting the application form.
（３） There is no need to make advance adjustments by telephone with the dispatcher. Once the dispatch performance is decided, a meeting will be held for details.
（４） The music band is free of charge.
（５） Even after the dispatch is decided, the dispatch may be canceled in the following cases, or the performance may be canceled even on the day.
　　・When the content of the event is significantly different from the application.
　　・When it becomes necessary to participate in a particularly important ceremony or event held by Yokohama City
　　・When the performance is no longer possible due to disaster response
　　・When it is deemed that the content of the event is not of public interest
　　・When the performance is no longer possible due to other special reasons
