How to apply for a temporary performance

The firefighting music band performs dispatch performances based on applications from citizens. .

In addition to performances and performances, we also conduct public relations activities on disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage, which are easy for everyone to understand.

Please refer to the “Introduction to Performance Activities” page for details on performance activities, including dispatched performances.

How to apply for a temporary performance

 
①Please apply by electronic application and notification service from 6 months before the desired month of dispatch performance to 15 days before 4 months ago.
 (If electronic application is difficult, you can also apply for a dispatch application.)

・To apply for the dispatch application form, please fill out the following file with required items and submit it by e-mail.

②Based on the content of the application, we will judge whether dispatch is possible.


③The results of the examination will be notified three months before the desired month of dispatch.

 In holding the event, please comply with the guidelines set by the national and prefectural governments. We may cancel the performance if it is deemed that we have not complied with it.

Type of dispatched performance and required size, etc.

The space used and necessary items vary depending on the content of the dispatch to be carried out, such as the regular performance of the fire brigade and the drill performance.

Request to secure parking space

Vehicles are used for transporting members and musical instruments during dispatch performances.
The number of vehicles to be used varies depending on the content of the dispatch performance, but please secure the necessary parking space.
(If it is difficult to secure a parking space, we will consult separately.)

Others Precautions when applying for a dispatch performance

(1) The music band works as a public institution in Yokohama with the aim of making it easier to communicate about disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage, along with performances and performances.
  For this reason, the following temporary performances may be refused. 
  ・For-profit and paid events
  ・Events with religious, political, and commercial advertising
  ・When accompanied by a sake seat
  ・Other personal events without disaster prevention or reduce disaster damage Public Relations
(2) Please note that the dispatch performance will not be determined by submitting the application form.
(3) There is no need to make advance adjustments by telephone with the dispatcher. Once the dispatch performance is decided, we will discuss the details.
(4) The performance of the music band is free.
(5) Even after the dispatch decision, the dispatch may be canceled in the following cases, or the performance may be canceled even on the day.
  ・If the content of the event is significantly different from the content of the application
  ・When it becomes necessary to participate in a particularly important ceremony or event held by Yokohama City
  ・If you are unable to perform due to disaster response
  ・When it is recognized that the content of the event does not have public interest
  ・If you are unable to perform due to other special reasons
