At this time when the temperature difference in the house is large, "heat shock" is more likely to occur.
A heat shock is when blood pressure fluctuates greatly due to a sudden temperature difference, which places a heavy burden on the heart and blood vessels.
Especially when taking a bath, it is very dangerous because there is a possibility of drowning in the bathtub.
To prevent heat shock, take measures such as warming the dressing room and bathroom in advance, not raising the temperature of the bath too much, and refraining from taking a bath immediately after drinking!
