Organization of Yokohama Heliport

The Yokohama Heliport has an aviation department that conducts aircraft operation, aviation rescue activities and training, and a maintenance department that maintains aircraft and rescue equipment.
These two departments focus on firefighting activities such as firefighting, rescue, and first aid, and also provide wide-area support for large-scale disasters that occur throughout the country.

May 28, 2019 Participated in forest fire in Nishitama-gun, Tokyo

Activities of the City of Yokohama, Fire Bureau Air Corps

The City of Yokohama, Fire Bureau Air Corps uses two helicopters to respond to various disasters that occur in Yokohama.
We also carry out support participation both inside and outside the prefecture.
