（２） Do not violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.

（４） Do not use it for commercial purposes, public relations activities, etc.
（５） Distribution products or handouts (for example, printed matter, etc.) are limited to those free of charge in principle.
Provided, however, that if there is a justifiable reason to pay for the use that contributes to the purpose of (1).
