We lend software for raising children's safety awareness

We rent software (VHS / DVD) for raising children's safety.
Please use this for anti-crime program classrooms for children and anti-crime program activities by schools, parents and local residents.

For those who live, work, or attend school in Yokohama City.

• Please check the stock status of the software you want to borrow over the phone in advance (you can make a reservation at the same time).
• Please come to the agency directly with something that can prove your identity (health insurance card, driver's license, etc.).
• Sorry to trouble you to prevent damage, but please return it to the Civic Affairs Bureau window when returning it.

• Reservations will be accepted one month before the date of use.
• If there is any change in the reservation items, please contact us immediately.
• Reservations and lending are accepted from Monday to Friday (from 8:45 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:15 excluding holidays).

• The borrowed videos and DVDs must be managed at the responsibility of the borrower.
• If the borrowed video / DVD is lost intentionally or inadvertently, the borrower shall be responsible for reimbursement.
