3 Rivers and water source A Walking along the historic sites of Zenbe and the hills of Sachigaoka (around Zenbe, Kibogaoka, Sachigaoka)⑦

According to oral tradition, during the Genroku period, a pilgrimage grandmother passed through the village of Zenbe and died of hunger and fatigue.
A cat was screaming beside him, but he died as if he followed.
The villagers buried their grandmother and cats in the place, built mounds and monuments, memorialized them, and buried them when their pet cats and dogs died.
The current stone monument was erected by the Rotary Club of Yokohama Asahi.
