Regular Vaccinations stipulated by the Vaccination Law can be vaccinated free of charge at Cooperating Medical Institutions in the city. □Those who have moved in from outside the city
You will receive the necessary pre-examination card (vaccination coupons), so please bring your mother and child health handbook and insurance card (one that can confirm your age) and come to the 30th Health Promotion Section window on the 3rd floor of the ward office.

Those who wish to receive vaccinations at a medical institution outside Yokohama City due to circumstances need to issue a request for an implementation request form in advance.
