To facility managers-Report and consultation on infectious diseases-
Last update date April 1, 2024
In order to protect the lives and safety of users, it is necessary to minimize the spread of infectious diseases in the facility. To do so, it is important to take appropriate initial action (prevention measures). Asahi Ward responds to consultations from facilities, even if the reporting standards are not met.
Reporting standards (for infectious diseases and food poisoning other than COVID-19 infections)
Oh, when two or more deaths or serious patients due to the same infectious disease or food poisoning occur or suspected to be due to them occur within one week.
(A) When there are 10 or more patients with the same infectious disease or food poisoning or suspected persons or more than half of all users.
If the number of people with vomiting or diarrhea exceeds the normal number even if they do not fall under ua or b.
