To facility managers-Reports and consultations on infectious diseases-

Last update date April 1, 2024

In order to protect the lives and safety of users, it is necessary to minimize the spread of infectious diseases in the facility. To this end, accurate initial response (prevention prevention measures) is important. Asahi Ward responds to consultations from facilities, even if they do not meet reporting standards.

Please see "About COVID-19 infection" for reports on COVID-19 infection.

Reporting criteria (for infectious diseases and food poisoning other than COVID-19 infection)

Oh, two or more fatal or serious patients within one week due to the same infectious disease or food poisoning, or suspected of being caused.

B) When there are 10 or more patients with the same infectious disease or food poisoning or suspected of them or more or half of all users
Even if the number of people with vomiting or diarrhea exceeds the normal number, even if they do not fall under ua or b.

(Partially excerpted from February 22, 2005 regarding the occurrence of infectious diseases in social welfare facilities, etc.)

The ward's response when receiving a report or consultation

・I would like to give advice over the phone.
・When ward judges that it is necessary, we may go to facility directly (on-the-spot survey) and give guidance.

In addition, we may ask you to prepare the following items in advance at the site survey.
  (1) Sketch
  (2) Event table, menu, etc. for the month
  (3) Changes※

※What is the Transition Table?

This is an Excel sheet that aggregates and visualizes information on "people (new onsets)", "places (class, room number, etc.)" and "time (date of onset, etc.). You can see the spread within the facility and help prevent the spread correctly.

※When submitting, please set the file name to “★ Transition Table (Facility) R-0. Current” (date is the date of submission).
