Every year, Asahi Ward holds seminars on the prevention and spread of infectious gastroenteritis (norovirus, etc.) and new coronavirus infections, etc. This year's event was held as follows.

Outline of Seminar
Date and time and target facilities (please note that the target facilities are different each time.)
(1) 1st session
Date and time: Thursday, September 7, 2023
From 13:45 to 15:45 (reception from 13:15)
Target: Elderly facilities and facilities for the disabled with accommodation
(2) 2nd session
Date and time: Monday, September 11, 2023
From 13:45 to 15:45 (reception from 13:15)
Target: Nursery schools, kindergartens, facilities for the disabled without accommodation, etc.
※From 13:20 to 13:40 and 15:50 to 16:15, there is a time for hand-washing check using a hand-washing checker.

Asahi public hall, 4th floor of Asahi Ward Office
Target person
Facility managers, infectious diseases, etc.
※Up to 2 people at each facility can participate.
Contents (planned)
・Basic knowledge of infectious diseases (Overview of infectious diseases, basic knowledge on prevention of spread of infection, etc.)
・Environmental health measures (infectious diseases such as Legionellaosis, ventilation, etc.)
・Food poisoning measures (norovirus infection, etc.)
・Demonstration of vomit treatment, PPE installation, etc.
・Q&A session

250 people each time
