About application for use of Aoba ward organization 30th anniversary logo mark and commemorative name

　This logo can be used by residents of the city for various printed materials such as flyers and booklets. Please inflect to enliven the 30th anniversary of the Aoba constituency system.

　Regarding the use of the logo mark, please check in advance as we have established the "Aoba Ward Organization 30th Anniversary Logo Mark Use Guidelines" and "Aoba Ward Organization 30th Anniversary Logo Mark Use Guidelines".

　The target of certification is a business conducted by groups, etc., and corresponds to all the following requirements.
（１） Project to excite the 30th anniversary of the Aoba Ward System
（２） Business targeting Aoba residents, etc. (*)　※Not only residents of Aoba Ward but also members of organizations closely related to Aoba Ward.
（３） Businesses that commence between January 1 and December 31, 2024 and end by March 31, 2025

　The following businesses are exempt from application.
（１） Those that are offensive to public order and morals
（２） Matters related to political activities, election campaigns, religious activities, or ideological claims
（３） Gangsters (refers to gangs prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unfair Conduct by Gangsters (1991 Law No. 77)) or a person whose representative is a gangster
（４） Others that the chairman of the Aoba Ward 30th Anniversary Commemorative Project Executive Committee deems that it is not applicable to be recognized as a related business

　When you change event contents after being authorized as associate business of the 30th anniversary of Aoba ward organization, please submit "event contents change notice (third style)".

　After the event, please submit the “Event End Notification (No. 4 Style)” immediately.

If you use the commemorative name or logo mark, you will receive a special benefit.
